What makes PIXBAG LED backpacks different?
They combine a practical backpack with a programmable LED display, so the front design can be changed instead of staying fixed. Exact functions depend on the model and are listed on each product page.
Which LED models can I order now?
BIOSLED B-PRO 64×64 and BIOSLED LOY KNIGHT 64×64 are currently listed for ordering. LOY KNIGHT is available in Blue, Pink and Yellow.
How do I change what appears on the LED display?
B-PRO uses the LED SPACE app on iOS and Android. LOY KNIGHT includes instructions for installing and using its compatible app. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.
What can B-PRO display?
According to the available product information, B-PRO can display text, images, GIF animations and QR codes.
Is a power bank included?
No. A power bank is not included with the current B-PRO or LOY KNIGHT offer. The LED display requires an external power bank. Where a compatible power bank is later offered separately or as a bundle, this will be shown clearly on the product page.
What exactly will I receive?
You receive the physical backpack in the selected model and variant, with its built-in programmable LED display and the available instructions for use. Any item that is not included, such as a power bank, is stated clearly on the product page.
Where does PIXBAG deliver?
We currently deliver to Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Bulgaria is €4.60 and is free for orders of €35.79 or more. Delivery to the other available European markets is €16.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and destination. Where a specific estimate is available, it is shown on the product page. Unless another period is expressly agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available for the shipment, the tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Will products in the same order always arrive together?
Not always. Items dispatched from different fulfilment locations may arrive in separate packages. You will not be asked for an additional shipping charge after checkout because of split delivery.
Can I return a product?
Consumers may exercise the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. Please contact PIXBAG before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
