Where does PIXBAG deliver?
We currently deliver to Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Bulgaria is €4.60 and is free for orders of €35.79 or more. Delivery to the other available European markets is €16.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and destination. Unless another period is expressly agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
Will products arrive together?
Not always. Items dispatched from different fulfilment locations may arrive in separate packages.
Can I return a product?
Consumers may exercise the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
Are the LED backpacks available?
The BIOSLED B-PRO 64×64 LED backpack is available. Additional LED & Pixel models will be added after their availability, specifications and delivery conditions are confirmed.
Is a power bank included with an LED backpack?
For the current BIOSLED B-PRO model, a power bank is not included. Where a compatible power bank is offered separately or as a bundle, this will be shown clearly on the product page.
