PIXBAG currently delivers to:

• Bulgaria
• Germany
• Austria
• The Netherlands
• Belgium
• France
• Italy
• Spain

SHIPPING CHARGES

Bulgaria:

• €4.60 for orders up to €35.78
• Free shipping for orders of €35.79 or more

Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain:

• €16.00 per order

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

DROPSHIPPING AND FULFILMENT

PIXBAG operates using a dropshipping model. Products may be dispatched directly from an approved partner warehouse or supplier.

When an order contains products supplied from different locations, the products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. No additional shipping charge will be requested after checkout because of split delivery.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed after successful payment and confirmation of product availability.

Delivery time depends on the product, destination country, partner warehouse and courier service. Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.

The customer will receive tracking information when it is made available by the supplier or courier.

DELAYS

Delivery may be affected by courier congestion, public holidays, adverse weather, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us at gabrielakm9191@gmail.com and include your order number.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number.

If an order cannot be delivered because the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery costs may apply.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a package arrives visibly damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it has not been received, check with household members, neighbours and the local courier before contacting us.
