OVERVIEW

This online store is operated under the PIXBAG brand. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PIXBAG. By visiting our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies.

PRODUCTS AND DROPSHIPPING

PIXBAG offers backpacks and related products through a dropshipping model. Products may be stored, fulfilled and shipped directly by an approved third-party supplier.

We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, colours, dimensions, specifications and descriptions accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing batches or supplier updates.

ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when an order confirmation is sent to the customer.

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product becomes unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, the price contains an obvious error, payment is unsuccessful or fraudulent activity is suspected. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes are included where required. Delivery charges are shown before the customer completes checkout.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout.

DELIVERY

We currently accept orders for Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.

Some products may be shipped separately when they are supplied from different partner warehouses. Delivery terms and charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Consumers may exercise their statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Full instructions are provided in our Refund Policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change because inventory is synchronised with third-party suppliers. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution or a refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website design, PIXBAG branding, text, graphics and other original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission. Third-party product names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

PROHIBITED USE

The website must not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud, interference with security, unauthorised data collection or infringement of intellectual property and other legal rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. PIXBAG is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the order was placed.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Consumers residing in another European Union country retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable in their country of residence.
